Q. What is your jewelry supply return policy?
Ans. » Subject to the following requirements, Customer may return the Products within fifteen (15) days from the date of receiving the shippment. Obtain a credit or refund of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling and any applicable return customs to India.
To Return the Product:
- Customer must contact us to receive a Credit Return Authorization.
- Customer must ship the Products to us in their original packaging and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment, all of which shall be at Customer's expense.
- Customer must add tracking to return parcel.
- To be eligible for return, the Products must be in same condition as when shipped.
- The refund will be made to customer only when return shipment is received and investigated by our team.
- Krivi International, in its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product.
Alternate exchange option:
Since custom duty in India have increased on return parcel, therefore as an alternate in case of any manufacturing defect or damaged items we request our customers to send us the pictures (within 15 days of receiving goods) of the damaged items and we will provide them a credit for the 50 % amount of broken items in their next order.
